In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
How to exercise this right?

If you do not have an account or prefer to contact us directly, please include the following in your message:
- Your first and last name
- Your order number
- The items concerned
- The date you received your order

Timeframes
- Withdrawal: 14 days from the delivery of the last item
- Return of items: 14 days after notification of withdrawal (date of dispatch)
- Refund: within 14 days of receipt of the returned items
Return costs
Return costs are borne by the customer. We recommend shipping with a tracking number. Your initial standard shipping costs will be refunded.
